BASIS-24/32® Licenses

As the copyright holder of BASIS-24® and BASIS-32®, McLean Hospital offers an annual site license for psychiatric and mental health providers and organizations. The annual fee for an end-user site license is based on the number of locations at which the BASIS® survey will be administered. The annual fee for mental health care providers and researchers is $395 for the first location and $95 additional for each subsequent location. Large government entities, insurers, pharmaceutical firms and other similar organizations should contact us for special licensing and rates.

The BASIS® Instruction Guide, required for new users for one-time fee of $60, is available to licensed users and includes a reproduction-quality survey form and the scoring algorithm.

All BASIS® users are required to sign a license agreement, which is made available to you during registration. Please review both surveys before choosing one as they are scored differently and data is not interchangeable.

BASIS-24® WebScore 2.0

The cost for WebScore 2.0, our optional online scoring and reporting application, is based on estimated usage. The annual fee is based on the estimated number of surveys entered into the online application for each year. Please contact us for pricing.

The cost for analysis and reporting services, for transmission of data to The Joint Commission, or for both varies according to which quality measures are selected, the number of measures selected, the number of reports needed, and the method of data entry.
